Bass-Baritone Richard Bozic started off as a rock
singer whose passion for learning led him to a Master’s in Voice at the Peabody
Conservatory. Recently, he sang in
the NYC premier of Vaughan Williams’ The Poisoned Kiss with Bronx Opera, where Opera Magazine
applauded his performance as “...gorgeously sung and spoken... with a
mellifluous bass and strong stage presence that suggested real star quality.” Richard also appeared in productions with Cleveland
Opera, Verismo Opera of NJ, dell’Arte Opera Ensemble and Opera NJ. This past summer he
sang the role of Pistola in The Martina Arroyo Foundation’s production of Falstaff.
